Should be strong in Tableau and be able to develop Tableau Dashboards and Visualization end to end on his own
Should be strong in SQL
Should be strong in Data Analysis (should be able to anlayse the data, derive insights/recommendations and put that into visualization)
Should have good understanding of statistics like Mean, Median, Mode, Correlation, different types of charts/graphs and when to use what type of charts/graphs)
