Job Title: QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Understand product requirements (preferably within OTT platforms) and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Lead and mentor a small team of QA engineers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders.
Manage and participate in overseas/client calls, ensuring clear communication and requirement alignment.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Prior experience in OTT/media domain is highly desirable.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage a small team.
Able to handle client interactions and overseas calls.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
