QA Lead (9-12 yrs)
- Direct and coordinate testing effort between global agile squads utilising multiple frontend and backend technologies such as WPF, Angular, and Spring Boot.
- Manage/co-ordinate environment & infrastructure as necessary.
- Use testing and testability knowledge to influence better software design, promote best engineering practice, prevent bugs, identify gaps in testing and develop proper test strategies front to back.
- Act as one of the stakeholders for test harnesses development
- Work with developers to establish best BDD practices.
- Work with Dev leads and Business Analysts to identify testing coverage gaps and produce test management reports. Automate the process as necessary.
- Work with the QA and DevOps guilds in the fleet to promote reusability and best usages for common functionalities and processes, environment stability, etc.
- Enable faster time to market whilst ensuring quality throughout the process via DevOps practices.
You have:
-Quality assurance experience - QA leads organize all aspects of the quality assurance process, regression/defect/testcase planning & management etc...
- Some experience (hands on development exp will be a big plus) with test automation framework development & maintenance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
You might also have:
- Experience in the financial industry
- Experience with release automation, Blue-Green deployment
- Familiarity with environment monitoring / health checks (e.g. AppDynamics)
- Used Docker / Kubernetes before.
