- Must have good basic understanding of various technologies in IT.
- Should be able to understand and interpret IT requirements.
- Should be able to evaluate and match candidates as per the client requirement.
- Must be adept in sourcing resumes through head hunting, job boards, social media, networking and references.
- Must have good spoken and written communication skills to be able to engage with the candidates on phone.
- Has to be process driven should have experience working with an Application Tracking System.
- Needs to be confident and self-driven and have go getter attitude.
- Should have worked in target-based environment.
- Yrs. of Exp required - 2 to 6 years
- Qualification - Bachelors (preferably Eng. background)
