Position: Head Business Development
Experience Required: 8+ Years in IT Sales with Team Handling Exp.
Notice Period Required: 30 days max.
Education: Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
Skills Required: Extensive sales experience (mandatory in US Markets), Great Networking Skills

Responsibilities:
- Experience in IT Services sales.
-Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth & other lead gen tools.
-Handling the P&L of the department
-Handling international Sales, Good knowledge of the demography of the US market.
-The candidate must have experience in winning new clients in the US
-The candidate will majorly responsible for Account Hunting / Direct Sales for solution selling in multiple verticals.
-Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
-Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
-Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
-Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
-Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
-Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
-Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
