- Ideal candidate will have 2-6yrs experience working on fulltime and contract W2 positions with an US Staffing company.
- Should have solid exp. in hiring for Non-IT, administrative and blue collared jobs resources for direct client positions.
- Should have past experience of working on VMS portals line Fieldglass, Beeline, Vector VMS.
- Should be able to evaluate and match candidates as per the client requirement.
- Must be adept in sourcing resumes through job boards, social media, networking and references.
- Must possess good understanding of applicable work visas and be able to validate them.
- Should have through understanding of various TAX terms like W2, 1099.
- Must have good spoken and written communication skills to be able to engage with the candidates on phone for resume validation.
- Should be able to maintain candidate relation for smooth onboarding of candidates and avoid non delivery.
- Has to be process driven should have experience working with an Application Tracking System like JobDiva.
- Needs to be confident and self-driven and have go getter attitude. Should have worked in target-based environment.
- Qualification - Bachelors (preferably Eng. background)
