Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technical domains. As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback and facilitating the decision-making process.
- Negotiate offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to anticipate hiring needs and challenges.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of software development, programming languages, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with US employment laws, regulations, and visa sponsorship processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Industry certifications such as AIRS, PHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
