Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technical domains. As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing high-caliber candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback and facilitating the decision-making process.
  6. Negotiate offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to anticipate hiring needs and challenges.
  8. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
  9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of software development, programming languages, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  3. Familiarity with US employment laws, regulations, and visa sponsorship processes.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR tools.
  8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  10. Industry certifications such as AIRS, PHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
