Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Daily Submission Targets: Submit a minimum of 2 candidates per day.
  • Interview Goals: Ensure a minimum of 4-5 candidate interviews per month.
  • Placement Targets: Achieve 1-2 candidate starts per month.
  • Daily Calling Activity: Make a minimum of 100 calls daily. Focus on longer-duration calls to build rapport and gather detailed information.
  • Applicant Tracking: Utilize JobDiva for all recruiting activities and maintaining records.
  • Sourcing:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Leverage networks and professional associations to identify potential candidates.
- Utilize advanced search techniques to find passive candidates.
  • Screening:
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Evaluate resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates.
  • Job Matching:
- Match candidate skills and experience with job requirements.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company and the role.
  • Follow-up:
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide feedback to candidate's post-interview.
  • Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases in Job Diva.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all candidate interactions and activities.
  • Canadian Tax Terms:
- Source candidates familiar with Canadian tax terms such as T4, T4A, and incorporated contractors.
- Ensure candidates understand tax implications and compliance requirements for IT roles in Canada.
