- Daily Submission Targets: Submit a minimum of 2 candidates per day.
- Interview Goals: Ensure a minimum of 4-5 candidate interviews per month.
- Placement Targets: Achieve 1-2 candidate starts per month.
- Daily Calling Activity: Make a minimum of 100 calls daily. Focus on longer-duration calls to build rapport and gather detailed information.
- Applicant Tracking: Utilize JobDiva for all recruiting activities and maintaining records.
- Sourcing:
