Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Research, prototype, design, develop, test, document and deploy business logic and user experience capabilities on the Salesforce.com platform

• Develop and enhance real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and other systems

• Propose business solutions leveraging Salesforce industry knowledge, AppExchange and other partner product knowledge, and thought leadership

• Share functional knowledge of Salesforce data structure with team and customers and understand how to leverage the platform to meet complex and evolving business needs

• Handle day to day operational questions/issues from the business

• Facilitate continuous improvement within the Salesforce.com environment and solution delivery

Required qualifications.

• At least 6+ years of rigorous design and programming experience

• Proven ability in successfully understand and capture business requirements, strong collaboration, communication and thought leadership skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

• A proven professional with multiple full lifecycle SFDC implementations and at least 4+ years of experience working with SFDC

• Advanced hands-on experience with Lightning (Aura and LWC) Components, Apex, Declarative Process Automation, and Salesforce Integration

• Strong knowledge of key Salesforce concepts

• Working experience with ETL and using real-time integration tools in the Salesforce environment; Informatica preferred

• Experience developing and delivering enterprise class solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Client Service, and/or Marketing issues

• Active Salesforce.com Certification (Platform Developer I or similar)

Desired qualifications

• Proven experience in overseeing technical direction, development, and implementation of SFDC software solutions

• Outcome orientation, attention to details and innovative drive.

• Effectively manage on-site/off-site development staff to accomplish SFDC project deliverables

• Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes

• VS Code, Salesforce DX/Cli experience.

• JavaScript knowledge.

• Understanding of SQL Server Queries, Data Analysis and Structure

• Salesforce Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer I Certification
