The role is a core member of the Agile delivery team responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting
endtoend features for an enterprise conversational AI platform . Deliver highly complex enterprise
conversational AI solutions while assuming end-to-end technical and delivery accountability
· Designing enterprise solutions for an conversation AI based messaging platform, aligning with
various stakeholders and defining the application architecture
· Own end-to-end solution design, including conversational flows, integrations, security,
scalability, resiliency, and performance.
· Provide hands-on development and code reviews across backend, integration, and cloud
components.
· Guide teams on best practices for conversational AI, NLU design, error handling, monitoring,
and continuous improvement.
· Act as Lead across one or more Scrum teams, influencing delivery outcomes.
· Partner closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, deliverable user stories. · Own technical delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. · Act as an Agile champion, promoting CI/CD, test automation, Infrastructure as Code, and continuous engineering practices · Development includes customized coding, software integration, analysis, configuring solutions, or use tools pertinent to the area, project, or system to configure or generate a solution · Participate in testing, implementation, maintenance, and escalated support of Truist's most complex solutions. · Ensure adherence to company and industry standards. technical decisions and contributes to solution design across UI, backend services, and cloud
infrastructure collaborating closely with the Tech Lead and product partners to deliver secure, scalable,
and high quality solutions
· Deliver technically complex features by applying sound engineering judgment, design principles, and
Agile development practices.
· Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend (Angular/Lit) and backend services, including
supporting system integrations
· Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering standards.
· Build and integrate AWS-based services including Lex, Lambda using NodeJS, API Gateway, DynamoDB,
