Manage mobile/offline setup and technician-friendly layouts.
Integrations
REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services.
Middleware: MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Jitterbit.
Connect to ERP (SAP/Oracle), inventory, asset, and IoT platforms.
Salesforce Development
Apex (classes, triggers, batch/scheduled), Test classes (?75% coverage).
Lightning development with LWC/Aura; data modeling (objects, relationships).
Automation: Flows, validation rules, workflows.
