Node.js Developer

We are looking for a Node.js or React.js Developer responsible for the end to end phases of the software development lifecycle including technical research, requirements analysis, high level and technical design, improving user experience, shaping the face of our new products, building internal tools, implementation of enhancements to the product, unit testing, debugging, and maintenance.Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
• Build customer-facing UI and back-end services for payment processing administration and management
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT field preferred
• 2-4 years of software engineering experience
• 1-2 years of experience in javascript and node.js/React.js
• Knowledge of Javascript ES2015 features
• Knowledge of tools like npm, yarn, docker, git
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and AJAX
• Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity
• Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
