Qualification:
- Graduate / PostGraduate (HR or equivalent preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in HR Operations / ELCM / HR Shared Services (GCC Environment)
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes
- Knowledge of HR operations and shared services environment / GCC HR
- Familiarity with HRMS / HR applications (Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar)
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Comfortable working on HR applications and ticketing systems
- Good documentation and data management skills
Employee Onboarding & Code Generation
- Generate employee codes for new joiners (permanent, contractual, and thirdparty) as per approved documentation.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of onboarding data before system entry.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, recruitment teams, and payroll vendors for timely activation.
Employee Master Data Management
- Create, update, and maintain employee master data across HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion / HRMS).
- Manage changes related to personal details, employment details, reporting structure, cost center, and location.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness at all times.
Employee Query Resolution
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to ELCM processes.
- Resolve queries within defined SLAs through HR ticketing tools / email / portals.
- Escalate complex or policyrelated issues to seniors or HRBP as required.
HR Systems & Process Compliance
- Execute ELCM transactions in HR applications with high accuracy.
- Adhere to SOPs, HR policies, and governance guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
MIS & Reporting Support
- Prepare and maintain ELCMrelated MIS using Excel.
- Track onboarding, data changes, and query resolution metrics.
- Share periodic reports with stakeholders as required.
