We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in campus hiring and early talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end campus recruitment activities, building relationships with educational institutions, coordinating hiring events, and supporting the organization's talent pipeline initiatives.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across engineering colleges, universities, and educational institutions.<\/span>

  • Coordinate with placement officers and college representatives to schedule recruitment activities.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Source, screen, and assess fresh graduate candidates for various entry\-level positions.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding coordination.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Maintain and develop relationships with college TPOseducational institutions to strengthen the employer brand.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, campus presentations, webinars, and recruitment events.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports related to campus hiring activities.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and hiring documentation.<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Support employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment campaigns targeting fresh graduates.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with significant exposure to campus hiring.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple hiring drives and meet recruitment targets.<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).<\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel to colleges and universities for recruitment activities.<\/span>
