\n Indovance is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will act as a domain authority, technical coach, and quality champion across projects and teams.

\n The SME will play a critical role in:

\n Driving process excellence and operational efficiency

\n Supporting Trial Period (TP) success

\n Participating in customer discovery discussions

\n Preventing customer dissatisfaction due to skill gaps**

\n 1. Domain Leadership & Technical Excellence
\n <\/div>\n
\n Act as the domain expert for assigned discipline.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Define and benchmark best\-in\-class quality standards.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Challenge teams to raise technical depth and accuracy.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Review complex designs, calculations, and deliverables.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Ensure zero technical compromise in customer submissions.
\n <\/div>\n

\n 2. Coaching & Capability Building

\n Mentor and coach engineers to elevate technical capability.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Develop structured learning paths for different experience levels.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Create training modules, SOPs, and technical videos.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Conduct internal knowledge\-sharing sessions and workshops.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Build second\-line technical strength within the team.
\n <\/div>\n

\n 3. Process Improvement & Efficiency

\n Identify bottlenecks impacting productivity and quality.

\n Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

\n Drive automation and smarter workflows where applicable.

\n Improve turnaround time without compromising quality.

\n Participate in discovery meetings with customers.

\n Provide technical insights during pre\-sales and proposal stages.

\n Translate customer requirements into clear execution strategies.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Ensure commitments made to customers are realistic and achievable.

\n Bachelor's \/ Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline.

\n 10+ years of strong hands\-on domain experience.

\n Prior experience in mentoring, reviewing, or leading technical teams.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Experience in customer\-facing roles preferred.
\n <\/div>\n
\n Strong exposure to international engineering standards preferred
