Job Description:
• 8+ years of enterprise network operations or engineering experience, ideally in financial services.
• Strong expertise with Cisco IOS, NX OS, and Cisco SD WAN (Viptela).
• Deep understanding of BGP, EIGRP, and enterprise routing operations.
• Solid experience with Cisco Wireless and Meraki Wireless support.
• Deep understanding of firewalls, load balancers, and global load balancers (GLB).
• Experience supporting Azure and AWS networking services.
• Strong troubleshooting expertise using Wireshark and related tools.
• Operate, configure, and maintain Cisco Nexus switches and Cisco routers in core and branch network en-vironments.
• Monitor and support Cisco SD WAN (Viptela) for reliable connectivity between on premises and cloud re-sources.
• Manage and support Cisco Wireless Controllers and Meraki wireless networks to ensure consistent en-terprise connectivity.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and packet level analysis using Wireshark and similar tools to resolve network issues.
• Apply deep understanding of firewalls, load balancers, and global load balancers (GLB) to collaborate effectively with those teams on network operations and issue resolution.
• Operate and maintain BGP routing across WAN, data center, and cloud environments, including trouble-shooting route policies and failover events.
• Support hybrid network connectivity across Azure and AWS (VNet, VPC, routing, VPN, ExpressRoute, and Direct Connect).
• Ensure operational compliance with the bank's security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning to maintain high availability and reliability
