About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and provide proactive support to the Project Manager and team
- Track and monitor project activities, milestones, and business outcomes using RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status; proactively identify and flag risks
- Drive timely follow-ups with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and deadlines, ensuring smooth project execution

Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting:
- Progress updates
- Key risks and challenges
- Recommended solutions
- Develop and maintain Committee packs and other ad hoc project documentation with high accuracy and clarity
- Create and manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and facilitate requirement-gathering discussions
- Participate in requirement prioritization sessions and IT release / Scrum calls, providing meaningful input and feedback
- Apply a Business Analyst mindset to challenge assumptions from developers and other stakeholders, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Demonstrate strong understanding of financial products and technology systems used in the investment banking domain
- Experience range– 6+ years
- Proven Business Analyst experience in Business Requirements Document & other project documentation generation, project coordination, stakeholder management, and supporting project managers
- Strong tracking and reporting skills using RAG status; ability to manage risks and follow-ups across teams & regions
- Experience preparing committee packs, UAT planning, and delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Analytical mindset to challenge assumptions; proactive & motivated individual who is able to take on tasks independently, solid understanding of financial products and technological systems in investment banking
- Basic proficiency in data tools like Excel/SQL; prior experience in financial services/regulatory capital reporting, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint is a plus
- Strong exposure to Capital Regulatory Reporting, RWA, CVA calculation, previous experience of working on Basel programs (Basel 2.5, 3/4) will be helpful
- Good exposure to financial asset classes (SFT, OTC/ETD, Loans) is highly desired

3+ years of hands-on Alteryx/Power BI (ideally both) Designer experience with advanced tool proficiency would be beneficial (as the BA may be called upon to utilise this skillset), including:
- Strong SQL skills with experience in complex joins, window functions and stored procedures
- Experience with banking databases such as SQL Server and data warehouses
- Understanding of API integration and web service connections
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
