About The Job:
- Be part of an international IT GRC team including other control testers.
- The role focuses on testing IT security controls aligned with Henkel’s control framework, closely aligned to ISO 27000 standards.
- The position involves working closely with IT and business stakeholders and leveraging the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform.
Essential Job Functions:
- Carry out tests of IT security controls against Henkel’s control framework aligned with ISO 27000.
- Review evidence provided via the GRC tool to assess control effectiveness.
- Request, verify, and evaluate additional evidence in documentation, applications, and systems in collaboration with IT and business colleagues.
- Support IT and business teams in understanding security control objectives and testing requirements.
- Work with Henkel’s GRC platform ServiceNow GRC / IRM for control monitoring and testing activities.
- Independently assess effectiveness or ineffectiveness of IT controls based on evidence and framework requirements.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in relevant IT security, GRC, or control testing roles.
- Seniority to independently conclude on effectiveness or ineffectiveness of IT controls.
- Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks, especially ISO 27000 and NIST.
- Good understanding of modern cloud environments and associated security challenges.
- Willingness to learn Henkel’s security tool landscape and application integrations.
- Strong communication skills suitable for both security experts and non security stakeholders.
- Very good English language skills, both written and verbal.
- IT Auditor background is an added advantage.
