Jira Confluence Administrator Administer and support Jira Software| Jira Service Management (JSM)| and Jira Core (Cloud Data Center).Design and manage workflows| screens| schemes| issue types| custom fields| permissions| and notification schemes. Configure and maintain projects for Agile (Scrum Kanban)| ITSM| and business teams. Implement and manage SLAs| queues| request types| and portals in Jira Service Management.Perform user access management| license optimization| and periodic user cleanup.Configure automation rules to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Support incident| change| problem| and request management workflows. Confluence Administration Administer Confluence spaces| permissions| templates| and page hierarchies. Design and maintain enterprise knowledge bases| documentation standards| and governance models. Implement and support macros| team calendars| page templates| and blueprints. Ensure content lifecycle management| archiving| and compliance. Drive best practices for collaboration and documentation across teams. Platform Environment Management Manage sandbox non-production environments and perform testing before production changes. Plan and execute migrations (Server Data Center Cloud| or from tools like SharePoint| Trello| Azure DevOps).Perform data imports exports using CSV and native migration tools. Monitor system performance| stability| and usage trends. Coordinate with Atlassian support and vendors for issue resolution.
