NOC Engineer (Admin)

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled NOC Engineer (Admin) to monitor, maintain, and support cloud and infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS, Linux administration, database basics, and cloud operations with strong troubleshooting skills.\nPrimary Skills\nAWS\nLinux Administration\nSQL\nPostgreSQL\nAzure\nAWS Security\nSecondary Skills\nNetworking fundamentals\nWindows Administration\nStorage services (Amazon S3, EBS)\nMonitoring & alerting tools\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments to ensure high availability.\nManage and troubleshoot AWS and Azure cloud resources.\nPerform Linux server administration, patching, user management, and system health checks.\nSupport PostgreSQL and SQL database operations including backups and basic query troubleshooting.\nHandle incident management, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures.\nConfigure and monitor AWS storage services such as S3 and EBS.\nMaintain security best practices in AWS environments including IAM policies and access controls.\nCoordinate with application, network, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.\nParticipate in shift rotations and provide 24x7 support when required.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\nGood understanding of cloud infrastructure and system administration.\nExperience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\nPreferred Certifications\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate\nLinux Administration Certifications\nAzure Fundamentals
