Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Academic Counselor. The role involves providing guidance and support to students in their academic and career journeys. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, offering personalized academic advising, assisting with career counseling, and facilitating meaningful educational opportunities. The Academic Counselor will also collaborate with other stakeholders to help students achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals toward their academic and professional aspirations.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and stakeholders in a clear and positive manner.
- Experience in Academic Advising and Education to support students in identifying and achieving their academic goals.
- Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to address individual needs effectively.
- A MBA degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or experience in the education sector is a plus).
