Delivery Manager

The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and program execution capabilities while ensuring project milestones, quality targets, and customer expectations are successfully met.\nResponsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, driving Linux BSP and Android platform programs, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring high-quality delivery within planned timelines.\nQualifications\n• 10+ years of experience in Embedded Systems, Linux BSP, Android Platforms, and SoC Bring-up environments\n• Strong experience managing end-to-end program delivery across embedded software projects\n• Experience in Linux kernel architecture, boot flow, device drivers, and platform integration\n• Strong understanding of Android platform enablement, AOSP, BSP, and system stabilization\n• Experience working across hardware, firmware, kernel, and validation teams\n• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills\n• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving execution across large-scale projects\n• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related fields\nPreferred Qualifications\n• Experience in Semiconductor/SoC platforms\n• Hands-on exposure to Android Bring-up, Vendor BSPs, HALs, CTS/VTS/GTS\n• Familiarity with ARM/ARM64 architecture and performance optimization\n• Prior experience in technical leadership or delivery management roles\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Hyderabad\nExperience: 10+ Years\n⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred\nInterview Mode: Face-to-Face (Hyderabad)
