This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a proven track record of leading complex Salesforce projects, architecting scalable solutions, and mentoring junior developers. The Technical Lead will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, ensuring best practices, and overseeing the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities\n%CF; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.\n%CF; Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.\n%CF; Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements and new builds.\n%CF; Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.\n%CF; Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support\n%CF; Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps\n%CF; Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of Salesforce applications.\n%CF; Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending strategic adoption.\n%CF; Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise on complex issues.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n%CF; Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.\n%CF; Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge\n%CF; Hands-on Experience in Agentforce POCs\n%CF; Proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.\n%CF; Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.\n%CF; Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.\n%CF; Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and experience with various integration technologies\n%CF; Clouds : Sales, Service , Experience Cloud\n%CF; Strong understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.\n%CF; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n%CF; Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences\n%CF; Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II\n\nMinimum Qualification:\nCandidate should have 15 years of continuous fulltime education.
