SAP FICO Consultant - S/4HANA

About the Company

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI_CO Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Finance processes, Cloud best practices, and the SAP Activate methodology for cloud implementations.

About the Role

The SAP FI_CO Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA – Finance (FI) modules.
• Manage configuration in key FI areas:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and identify configuration needs, deltas, and extensibility options.
• Prepare functional specifications for integrations, RICEFs (limited in Public Cloud), and Fiori apps.
• Work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and cloud architects.
• Provide training and end-user documentation.
• Support hypercare, incident resolution, and service requests.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP FICO (Functional).
• Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations required.
• Deep understanding of scope items, cloud restrictions, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Central Finance is an added advantage.
• Experience with Fiori apps, Business Process Configuration (BPC), and In-App Extensibility.
• Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and CO modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
