Job Description
We at Meolaa are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (D2C) who will own new customer acquisition and paid growth for the brand’s D2C website. This role is responsible for scaling revenue efficiently through channels like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Affiliates, while working closely with Creative, CRO/Web Ops, and CRM teams to maximize conversion and LTV.\nThis is a P&L-impacting role with direct ownership of revenue, ROAS, CAC, and scale.\n\nKey Objectives of the Role\nDrive profitable new customer acquisition\nScale paid media while improving ROAS\nBuild a strong creative-performance feedback loop\nImprove website CVR in collaboration with CRO/Web Ops\nBuild a sustainable acquisition engine beyond just “media buying”\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPaid Media Strategy & Scaling\nOwn paid acquisition across:\nMeta (Facebook & Instagram)\nGoogle (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)\nSnapchat\nAffiliate & Partner channels\nBuild full-funnel media strategies (prospecting, retargeting, scale)\nLead budget planning, forecasting, and scaling decisions\nIdentify new growth levers and channels proactively\n\nMedia Planning, Execution & Optimization\nPlan monthly and quarterly media budgets and targets\nOptimize campaigns across:\nAudiences\nCreatives\nBidding strategies\nLanding pages\nTrack and improve key metrics\nCAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate\nScale winners while quickly killing underperforming experiments\n\nCRO & Web Ops Collaboration\nWork closely with CRO / Web Ops / Shopify teams to\nImprove PDP conversion\nReduce funnel drop-offs\nOptimize checkout experience\nUse Clarity or similar tools to identify friction points in the user journey\nInfluence landing page design, messaging, and flow\n\nMust-Have\n5–8 years of experience in D2C performance marketing\nHands-on expertise with Meta, Google, Snapchat\nProven experience scaling budgets while maintaining ROAS\nStrong creative judgment and briefing ability\nExperience working closely with CRO/Web Ops teams
