Job Purpose
The Lead (Technical Manager) is responsible for leading the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise IT solutions across application platforms and corporate IT services. The role provides hands-on technical leadership and managed services delivery governance, supporting HQ and regional stakeholders while managing the team in India for delivery.
Key Accountabilities
End-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects
- Technical oversight and solution governance
- Quality, schedule, and SLA management
- Compliance with security, governance, and enterprise standards
- Stakeholder management
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan and manage multiple IT projects concurrently
- Provide technical leadership across Java, .NET, SharePoint, and M365 platforms
- Ensure production stability and operational readiness
- Coordinate with HQ teams and other internal stakeholders
- Enforce IT governance, security, and compliance
Financial Accountabilities
Team’s effort and cost for delivery
Supervision Received:
Broad supervision from HQ Director
Supervision Exercised:
Leads a team of Engineers and Support staff
Minimum Education/Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years IT experience
• 5+ years in project delivery or technical leadership roles
• Experience working with regional or global teams
• PMP / Agile / Microsoft certifications preferred
