Learn more about: Customer\n\nYour work profile\n\nAs a Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.\nTakes responsibility for own work or workstream meeting engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards\nDevelop solution using Salesforce configure and customization features.\nProactively identifies workstream risks and issues; resolves them or escalates to engagement/account leadership\nIdentifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of key processes within a business function\nBuilds knowledge in a sector by contributing to relevant firm initiatives and eminence, and/or by attending sector conferences\nApplies awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations\nUnderstands the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes\n\nKey skills required:\n\nPrior experience in Salesforce mandatorily.\nExtensive experience in solution design, client management, client demo, conducting design & development workshops\nShould have good understanding of Salesforce features like lightening, integration etc and project implementation methodology\nShould have good work experience on Sales cloud or Service cloud or Communities or Salesforce platform or Marketing cloud or Industry clouds.\nKnowledge on Heroku and e-commerce will be a plus.\nAbility to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and overall system design.\nShould have managed clients and lead a multi member team on the last few projects.\nDemonstrated project discipline and experience.
