Profile: Head of E-commerce-Ecommerce-Surat-7.2 LPA
Experience:
- 4-8 years in marketplace account management, ecommerce growth or performance marketing.
- Hands-on ownership on at least 3 of these platforms:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Instamart
- Proven track record of taking brands from basic presence to structured, profitable marketplace growth.
- Strong understanding of dashboards, analytics, P&L and growth reporting.
Salary Range: 50k to 60k
About the Role
We’re looking for a senior leader who can own a portfolio of brands end-to-end across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart - from pitching and closing them, to building the growth plan, to running day-to-day business on these platforms.
This is a strategy + execution role: you will decide which channels make sense for a brand, what their P&L should look like, and how UniSouk’s team and AI agents work together to get them profitable and scalable.
Roles:
1. Strategy, Planning & Client Acquisition
- Identify and prioritise brands that are a strong fit for UniSouk’s managed-services offering; plan the outreach, meeting flow and business case for each.
- Audit a brand’s current presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and quick-commerce platforms and build a clear growth plan.
- Decide which platforms to be on, what catalogue to push where, and what it will take to become profitable.
- Run discovery calls and pitches with brand founders, explain UniSouk’s edge (multi-channel + AI agents), and close them into paid account-management engagements.
2. Marketplace Growth & P&L Ownership
- Own listing, catalog and pricing strategy across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.
- Handle SEO keywords, creatives, pack-sizes and discounts for marketplace growth.
- Plan and review performance marketing, sponsored ads, promotions, deal events and retention strategies linked to contribution margin and ROAS targets.
- Monitor dashboards for sales, returns, inventory and ad spend; proactively solve issues such as stockouts, margin erosion, ASIN health and rating drops.
3. Using UniSouk’s Tech & AI Agents
- Work closely with product and AI teams to embed UniSouk’s AI agents for listings, analytics, ads and support into client workflows.
- Translate client needs into product feedback and suggest automations, alerts and efficiencies.
- Champion adoption of new features inside the team and standardise their implementation for clients.
4. Team Leadership & Operations
- Hire, coach and manage junior account managers and interns.
- Set clear goals, review work quality and ensure strong client communication standards.
- Build SOPs, playbooks and trackers for execution, launch checklists, weekly reviews and growth cadences.
- Create a culture of ownership where the team understands business outcomes and client success metrics.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/E-commerce will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & Quick-Commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on marketplace management experience.
