About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect Developer with strong expertise in building and deploying conversational AI solutions.
• The role focuses on using Client Lex, AWS Lambda (Python), Client Connect, and DynamoDB.
• The ideal candidate will have experience developing intelligent virtual assistants, voice-bot integrations, backend workflows, and enterprise-scale chatbot solutions.
• This role requires strong problem solving skills, production support exposure, and the ability to work in agile, high demand environments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Client Lex.
• Develop backend workflows using AWS Lambda with Python.
• Integrate conversational bots with Client Connect.
• Work with DynamoDB for data persistence and conversation state management.
• Support voice bot integrations and enterprise chatbot implementations.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in live environments.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in an agile delivery model.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands on experience with Client Connect and Client Lex.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda using Python.
• Experience working with DynamoDB.
• Background in conversational AI, chatbots, or voice bot solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience working in agile and fast paced environments.
