About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor Control-M for job failures, long-running jobs, not started jobs, and agent down alerts
- Track and proactively respond to scheduling and batch processing issues in Control-M
- Execute recovery steps for job failures based on Ops instructions provided by job owners
- Follow defined ticket handling processes and assign tickets to relevant teams as per guidelines
- Handle ad-hoc requests such as rerun, kill, and force OK from application and support teams
- Perform warm handovers (call-out and team chat notification) for Priority A (P1/P2) job failures
- Perform cold transfers (no call-out) for Priority C (P3/P4) job failures
- Monitor long-running job alerts and perform warm handovers to application teams for validation
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding job processing delays
- Respond to agent down alerts with immediate warm handover to Control-M Scheduling/Admin team
- Update incident details and actions taken in reports and tracking tools
- Monitor ticketing queues for incidents and change requests assigned to Batch Operations
- Manage and maintain job scheduling calendars effectively
- Analyze job failures using logs and identify root causes
- Perform daily health checks of job scheduling consoles and environments
- Assess and process changes assigned to the Ops queue
- Resolve or transfer tickets based on defined Ops instructions and action plans
- Ensure SLA adherence for all incidents, alerts, and service requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all activities performed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth batch operations and issue resolution
- Total Exp : 6+ Years
- Relevant Exp : 4 - 6 Years
