Routing & Switching - Network Engineering Specialist Advisor

Qualifications:
- Must have great experience on Routing and Switching, Wireless and Firewalls.
- Responsible for Cisco ACI network architecture components.
- Support Data Centre Networks utilizing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure and Nexus 9k platforms.
- Contribute to migration plans from traditional network designs to Cisco ACI.
- Integrate service appliances including Application Delivery Controllers and Firewalls.
- Understanding of inter and intra tenant traffic flows and contracts.
- Experience in L2 outs, L3 outs, and VMM integration.
- Strong expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN and WAN including L2 and L3 protocols such as IEEE 802.11, Ethernet, STP, MSTP, RSTP, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, Nexus, and SD-WAN.
- Ensure configurations comply with network standards and review logs across SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, and NMS.
- Participate in deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of SD-WAN and wireless networking.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Manage escalations and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Understand WAN and LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, and architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Client, and Extreme Networks products.
- Follow ITIL and change management processes.
- Provide customer support and interact with stakeholders.
- Adaptability, leadership, and presentation skills required.
- Support 24x7 operations including on-call and network analysis.
- 10+ years of experience managing LAN and WAN infrastructures.
- 10+ years of experience in routing and switching, Riverbed, and wireless.

- Experience with Cisco ACI.
- Knowledge of VeloCloud SD-WAN and wireless technologies.
- Project experience in SDN infrastructure.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
