JOB TITLE: Manager Commercial Franchisee (PAN)
FUNCTIONAL AREA: Franchisee Commercial
REPORTS TO: Head Commercial and Investor Relations
POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective)
Responsible for financial plan and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for Franchisee business & manage P&L statements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting issues and variances
- Provide support in financial accept to business team
- Enhance financial processes for profitability and revenue growth
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting related to billing, revenue & contract
- Daily sales Vs collection reconciliation
- Highlight if commercial compliances not at place to business team on monthly basis
- MIS Reports (Live Data) – Outstanding and overdue report.
- Monthly Franchisee Commission Tracker
- Interaction between PC/Franchisee Partner & Regional Team on daily basis task completion
- Conduct & Monitor Inventory Audit Quarterly basis for all franchisee Partners.
- Inventory should be as per agreed SD amount, if inventory is higher highlight to business team
- Initiate inventory audit shortage recovery from all partners.
- Vendor customer reconciliation live data tracking
- Department opex with budget.
- Validate all legal compliances like license tracker, security deposit vs stock monitoring.
- Internal / statutory audit queries.
- PMO process and special task completion in stipulative time.
JOB SPECIFICATION: (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE)
- Years of Functional Experience: 4 - 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Degree/Diploma: Chartered accountant / MBA from a reputed college
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Business Finance Vs Financial Planning
- Eye for details and must have excellent communication (written and oral skills)
- Client service oriented with Team Handling Skills
- Good analytical skills and must be proficient in MS excel (MIS Reports)
- Capable of following through on multiple projects and handling multiple tasks
- Legal Compliances & Inventory Management.
