Essential Functions
Handling complete Employee onboarding, ensuring excellent employee joining experience
Managing Attendance and leave management
Handling day-to-day employee HR queries
Employee benefit administration
Managing HR Partnership for Employee Payroll with Finance team
Support Employee events, engagement initiatives
Supports Learning and Development initiatives
Handling Employee Offboarding
Complete HR data management
MIS and HR Analytics
Preparing HR presentations and management reports
Managing complete Legal HR Compliance, audit, Return submissions etc.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in similar role Managing HR Operations in IT / ITeS Industry
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, federal and state respective employment laws, Lifecycle HR Operations, Employee Engagement.
Excellent knowledge working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) is must
Proficiency with Digital HR Tool.
