Responsibilities

Essential skills :

• Strong Knowledge in Chassis Sub
• Multi-Phase Basics, Strong to demonstrate System Simulation AMESIM/GT-SUITE Knowledge on system analysis and full vehicle integration

Desirable skills :

Torque Split Management Strategy for PHEV and EV

High voltage Battery Management Strategy (Controls)

HEVC and Vehicle Cooling Control Strategy

Vehicle Thermal Management Control Strategy

Managing & Relational Skills:

• Should be able to communicate and report clearly to the Team Leader
• Should be able to Learn, adapt in 2months and guide other engineers also, lead a project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in Vehicle Dynamics domain.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
