Key Responsibilities:

• Work with IT consultants on the bench and market them to potential clients/vendors.
• Identify suitable job opportunities through job portals, networking, and vendor contacts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients.
• Negotiate rates and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
