Role Purpose:
OBJECTIVE (AREA) HOW (METHODS OF ACHIEVEMENT) MEASUREMENT (END RESULT)
Driving Compensation & Rewards Operating & Maintaining reward strategy as per the Organization's People philosophy Communicate Principles and Philosophy of Compensation & Benefits (including Salary Review) to relevant stakeholders Designing increments in line with the defined compensation policy. Performing the salary benchmarking study. (As per internal and external parity) 100% implementation of new compensation structure & rewards
Compliance Alignment of Compensation and reward structure in line with existing regulatory compliance. Continuously updating the compensation philosophy of the organization to be compliant with relevant labour codes.
New Candidate Offer preparation Designing offers as per the defined Compensation & Benefit (C&B) structure on Success Factors Platform Handling offer negotiation and strengthening PCBL employer brand TAT of two working days.
PMS Execution Driving the Business performance through – B2MOM process model Conducting Goal Cascading Workshops across locations for effective goal setting in line with Organizational Vision Conducting Goal Audit in line with SMART goal formation and employee development objective Driving Mid-Year review and Annual Appraisal Cycle Driving the Annual Reward Cycle - Increment, markest corrections and promotions. Driving employee feedback discussion. Conducting Workshops across locations. Ensuring goal setting and appraisal cycle closure 100% coverage across plants On-time completion
Mid-Year Appraisal Launch Launch of the mid-year appraisal process on Success Factor (SF) and collecting feedback Implementation by September and closed by October
