Senior QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer (considerably senior) to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our AI Product. This platform enables businesses to create low-code/no-code AI agents, integrate with multiple data sources, and orchestrate workflows with LLMs. The ideal candidate will have experience in API testing, test automation, security testing, and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning
Define the QA roadmap to ensure platform reliability and high performance.
Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, security, performance, and UI testing.
Work closely with Product Owners & Developers to define acceptance criteria.
Automation & Functional Testing
Build automated test suites for APIs (FastAPI-based), UI (React-based), and AI workflows.
Perform end-to-end testing for agent configuration, data ingestion, and workflow execution.
Conduct regression testing for AI models and workflows.
Security & Compliance Testing
Test authentication & authorization (SSO, RBAC, JWT, OAuth2.0).
Implement security tests for API & data encryption policies.
Conduct adversarial testing for AI guardrails (content filtering, prompt injection detection).
Performance & Scalability Testing
Simulate high-load scenarios and optimize system response times.
Test multi-tenant scalability for cloud-based AI agents.
Work with DevOps to integrate performance monitoring into CI/CD pipelines.
