Position :Network/Telecom Engineer
Location : Bangalore, KA
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 8-10 Years
Shift Timings: 3 PM-12 AM

Job Description

Must have:

1) Unified Communication Role
2) O365 and MS teams, Avaya Configuration and support
3) SIP trunking and end points
4) VOIP configuration, this includes bandwidth calculations, CODEC types and QoS configuration
5) AVAYA certification or any SIP Certification is Mandatory.
6) Must have experience in working with different protocols such as (VOIP, H.323, SIP, ISDN)

Other Skills

1.Understanding of UC integration with different products like Client, CC, Data network, etc
2. AVAYA certification or any SIP Certification is Mandatory.
Good Understanding of VMware, AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform would be added Advantage.
3. Knowledge in Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure and Operational support
4. Demonstrates strong project management skills
5. Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues.
6. Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies
7. Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products
8. Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
