ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Area Sales Specialist (Working Capital) you will be advising businesses on optimizing cash flow, improving liquidity, and managing short-term financial resources efficiently. The role involves analyzing working capital cycles, identifying operational inefficiencies, recommending financial strategies, and supporting businesses in maintaining healthy cash positions and sustainable growth.
- Analyze the company's working capital structure, cash flow, and liquidity position.
- Review accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and cash conversion cycles.
- Develop strategies to optimize working capital and improve operational efficiency.
- Advise clients on cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and short-term financing solutions.
- Identify opportunities to reduce outstanding receivables and improve collections.
- Recommend vendor payment optimization and inventory control measures.
- Prepare financial models, MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Support businesses in securing working capital financing from banks or financial institutions. Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, lenders, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Provide insights for business expansion, restructuring, or turnaround initiatives.
