Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for both batch and real-time data processing.

Create and enhance data workflows using Databricks (PySpark/Python).

Craft high-performance, production-level SQL queries and manage data across relational and cloud-based platforms.

Execute complex data transformations, cleansing, and validation to maintain data quality and integrity.

Build and maintain analytics-ready datasets for business intelligence, reporting, and data science applications.

Work closely with data scientists, BI teams, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable solutions.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement and uphold best practices in data governance, security, documentation, and version control (Git).

Participate in data architecture discussions and help establish best practices for scalable data ecosystems.

Possess strong experience in team management, client interaction, and pre-sales activities.
