The Sales Strategy Manager will have responsibility for managing and administering the
(1) Run the business - Cadence call and reporting
(2) Grow the business projects
(3) Data Steward deep dives for the APAC/ Japan COO Organization

The selected candidate will serve as the key point of contact for data led projects, Annual planning and sales organizational changes including on boarding of new sales leadership. -

The ideal candidate must possess (1) Strong data and analytical skills (2) Tooling expert (Build dashboards in Tableau and CRMA) and (2) Good communicator . He/she should have the right combination of leadership skills, innovative analytical skills, and relevant domain expertise. He or she will build capacity models, including TBH forecasting, for Sales and COO Teams in Tableau APAC/Japan to develop and deliver insightful reviews to senior sales leadership. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support coverage models and quota recommendations Synthesize findings, storyboard & craft presentations, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership

Required Skills/Experience: 6+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Consulting or Sales Finance B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. statistics, math, operations research, engineering) MBA a plus Coursework in business administration, finance, or economics is a strong plus Power user proficiency in Tableau, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Ability to apply theory to a situation and dissect the issue to either support or disprove
---Desired Skills/Experience: Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting, territory alignment Experience designing and building complex models Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up-paced environment Good business acumen and awareness of business trends (exposure to high tech, bio-tech, or general B- to - B markets a plus) Experience working with Sales Teams a plus High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity Experience with Salesforce a plus. 8+ Years of experience required
