Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams
• Prepare user stories, BRDs, and functional documents
• Support UAT and requirement validations
Skills Required:
• 4–5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Stakeholder management and analytical skills
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA/Confluence preferred)
Salesforce admin / BA Certified is added advantage.
