Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment through Intune.
• Provide L1/L2 support for Windows, macOS, VPN, MFA, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow/Jira.
• Manage user access, endpoint security, and troubleshooting activities.
• Support device provisioning, software installations, and patch management.
• Ensure SLA adherence and provide production/user support.
Required Skills:
• Intune / Endpoint Management
• Microsoft 365 & Azure AD
• ServiceNow / Jira
• VPN & MFA Support
• Windows & macOS Support
• Incident & Troubleshooting Management
Experience:
• 6–8 years overall IT support experience
• 3–4 years of hands-on Intune experience
