Job Description:
Mandatory Skills
- Handson experience in SAP C4C v1 & v2 (Cloud for Customer)
- Strong technofunctional expertise in SAP CRM
- Ability to configure, customize, and support CRM processes
- Experience in integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other modules
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
- Knowledge of UI/UX enhancements in C4C
- Experience in data migration, testing, and cutover activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP CRM/C4C solutions
- Configure and customize CRM processes to align with client needs
- Support unit testing, UAT, and endtoend testing for CRM implementations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
- Provide documentation, training, and postimplementation support
