Guide and monitor the team of CDAs for Recruitment of Advisors and activating them to ensure smooth flow of business in order to meet the set norms.<\/font><\/p>\n
Strategizing efforts & galvanizing sales plans to ensure maximum output through team of CDAs and their advisors<\/font><\/p>\n
Planning & Implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the location assigned. <\/font><\/p>\n
Planning & executing promotional and lead generation activities for recruitment and business<\/font><\/p>\n
Guiding, monitoring and retention of the sales force (CDA & Advisors)<\/font><\/p>\n
To explore and develop the assigned location to its fullest potential by recruiting a large sales force. <\/font><\/p>\n
Closely review & take corrective actions for meeting targets <\/font><\/p>\n
Providing leadership and setting benchmarks in customer service standards <\/font><\/p>\n
