Job Roles & Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>To keep control on adherence to all sales process in the branches<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>Float Reports\/ MIS on all process drills<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>Guide & Drive sales team on different stages of agent recruitment<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>Float periodic reports on different pilferage buckets in the agent recruitment process.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>Guide & Drive new frontline managers for agent recruitment.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span> Required to go for calls with new ARDMs<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>Assist Branch Managers in the CDA recruitment process<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>Any other job that is incidental to the objective of the channel.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/span>Needs to travel to all branches of the region assigned to do an audit on governance adherence<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n w <\/span><\/span>Sales process deployment in the branches.<\/span><\/p>\n w <\/span><\/span>New ARDM on boarding<\/span><\/p>\n w <\/span><\/span>Ensure Implementation of Training Initiatives<\/span><\/p>\n w <\/span><\/span>New Agent Recruitment, Funnel Management & Productivity<\/span><\/p>\n w <\/span><\/span>Governance around their target achievement<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/body>\n<\/html>
