  4. Drive customer focus through service standards in area<\/font><\/li>\n <\/ol>\n

    • Supervise an individual outlet.<\/font><\/li>\n
    • Maximize Cafe sales performance and drive profits.<\/font><\/li>\n
    • Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams.<\/font><\/li>\n
    • Asset & Equipment maintenance.<\/font><\/li>\n
    • Assuring the Timely & Accurate indent is placed for the cafe.<\/font><\/li>\n
    • Wastage control measures.<\/font><\/li>\n
    • Ensuring the compliance of the SOPs on cash & all the tenders.<\/font><\/li>\n
    • Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.<\/font><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

      • Retention of manpower.<\/font><\/li>\n
      • Motivating the team to ensure the sales target in met.<\/font><\/li>\n
      • Briefing the team on a daily basis to ensure the team understands the importance SOPs<\/font><\/li>\n
      • Ensure the team is groomed to move to the next level.<\/font><\/li>\n
      • Grievance handling & solving issues.<\/font><\/li>\n
      • Ensure the Training Certification of team members. <\/b><\/font><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

        Process Indicators:<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

        • Ensuring all the documentation related to the cafe is done on time (Sales Reports\/ Cafe Registers).<\/font><\/li>\n
        • Ensuring the Quality Audits done on day to day basis<\/font><\/li>\n
        • Implementation of SOPs.<\/font><\/li>\n
        • Efficient utilization of the manpower by means of effective charting out the duty roster<\/font><\/li>\n
        • <\/span>Integrity, Cost control & Waste Management.<\/span><\/font><\/li>\n
        • Ensuring 90% score in the Management Visit Report.<\/font> <\/font><\/b><\/font><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

          Customer orientation:<\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

          • Ensure all the Customer complaints are resolved.<\/font><\/li>\n
          • Analysis of Customer database complaints & drive the footfall in the cafes.<\/font><\/li>\n
          • Ensuring Customer Service promise is followed by the team in the cafe to drive customer focus.<\/font><\/li>\n
          • Ensuring the Training norms are met.<\/font><\/li>\n
          • Ensuring 90% score in the Store Visit Report.<\/font><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
