Responsibilities:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n \n - Develop annual business plan for export vertical<\/li>\n
- Evaluate various proposals for pricing and margin analysis Identify funding options for customers across territories.<\/li>\n
- Structure various export contract including contract drafting<\/li>\n
- Finalise proposals with bankers for the funding including bills discounting, guarantee etc,<\/li>\n
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of P & L of export segment and report Budget\/Plan Vs Actual across parameters and provide early warning if any.<\/li>\n
- Identify various cost reduction and revenue improvement measures in the export vertical.<\/li>\n
- Ensure adherence to transfer pricing principles under Income tax act \/ Companies Act in various export transactions with group companies.<\/li>\n
- Work closely with treasury team in ensuring adequate hedging of receivables and manage the currency risk.<\/li>\n
- Work closely with operations team in ensuring customs clearance, filing duty drawback claims etc. Responsible to ensure adequate documentation with regard to FEMA guidelines\/RBl compliances \/ Income tax Act TDS\/ Transfer pricing\/ customs formalities<\/li>\n
- Manage accounting and control operations of export division including adherence to DOP, credit monitoring and control, overseas branch, warehouse operations etc.<\/li>\n
- Coordinate for internal and statutory audit and address audit issues<\/li>\n
- Release timely payment to various vendors including commission agents<\/li>\n
- Interact with senior leadership of Banks including EXIM bank<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/body>\n<\/html>
