\n Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A GREENFIELD PLANT (newly established manufacturing unit)<\/b>\n <\/div>\n
\n Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. \n <\/div>\n

\n 1. Manage compliances especially related to Human Resources\n <\/div>\n
\n \n
\n 2. Liaisoning with govt bodies like GPCB, GEB, CETP, GIDC for different licenses and other related issues. \n <\/div>\n
\n 3. Ensure the statutory compliances are done as per rule. Inform management for any changes in compliance and labour laws. \n <\/div>\n
\n 4. Handle the various issues related to contract labours \n <\/div>\n
\n 5. Maintain attendance & leave for all the employees at factory. \n <\/div>\n
\n 6. Manage Payroll for the entire plant \n <\/div>\n
\n 7. Training schedules: Organizing Events & trainings. \n <\/div>\n
\n 8. Ensure overtime\/leaves are paid as per policy \n <\/div>\n
\n 9. Conduct exit formalities and F & F for resigned employees \n <\/div>\n
\n 10. Recruitment: Sourcing, hiring process, induction orientation planning for new joinees at factory \n <\/div>\n
\n 11. Facilitate and take care of canteen administration at Factory level. \n <\/div>\n
\n 12. Monitor the expenses and bill generated by canteen and other facility provider contractors. \n <\/div>\n
\n 13. Monitor the expenses generated for logistics (rickshaw, tempo, angadia, courier). \n <\/div>\n
\n 14. Collect the data and monitor the expense on stationery, landline bills, internet bill. \n <\/div>\n
\n 15. Support HO for developing Role profiles for employees at plant. \n <\/div>\n
\n 16. Conveys management policies, rolls out implementation plans and monitors deployment and compliances by employees and gives management feedback on the same. \n <\/div>\n
\n 17. Support HO on Training: Need evaluation, Calendar, Facilitation, effectiveness evaluation \n <\/div>\n
\n 18. Support HO for conducting employee engagement activities at plant level.\n <\/div><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/body>\n<\/html>
