We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Executive with 3-5 years of
experience to manage the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control of electronic
components, raw materials, and consumables essential for our R&D and production teams. In
this role, you will be a key enabler of our supply chain, ensuring optimal stock levels, cost
efficiency, and timely availability of components for ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses deep expertise in vendor
negotiation, ERP systems, and inventory optimization in a fast-paced hardware/technology
environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Negotiation & Sourcing - Engage with multiple vendors to source high-quality
materials at competitive prices.
2. Order Management - Place purchase orders using online platforms and procurement
software efficiently.
3. Stores & Receipt Management - Oversee material receipt, inspection, and store
organization.
4. Inventory Tracking - Maintain real-time visibility of stock levels-track what is available,
consumed, and needs replenishment.
5. Consumption Analysis & Reordering - Monitor material consumption patterns and plan
timely reorders to avoid stock outs or overstocking.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination - Address timely material demands from Engineering,
Testing, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Good to have - Prior knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
